Last year I said "yes" to a wonderful invitation from Sounds True.  I love the Sounds True Mission: We are an independent multimedia publishing company that finds teachers and artists who serve as a gateway to spiritual awakening. And, if you want to do more than listen, we're launching our first online course next month. 

The great thing about this course is that you can do it on your own schedule! Of course, I think it would be really powerful to do it with a friend or a small group of friends.
