Our hotel overlooked the gorgeous Galway Bay. On the clear days, you could actually see the Aran Islands. On my first morning, I hiked along the rocky coast, trying to find a good spot to meditate. I decided to stray off the path a bit and I'm so grateful that I did. At the edge of a small cliff overlooking the water, I found these rocks. They formed a perfect heart - my personal symbol for courage. I sat on them every morning for five days. I prayed and meditated and felt tremendous gratitude for the opportunity to be with so many wise and powerful women. It was life changing.
